Tanzania citizenship is governed by the Tanzania Citizenship Act, Chapter 357 (Revised Edition of 2002) and it’s Regulations of 1997.
There are three types of citizenship namely:
(a) Citizenship by Birth.
(b) Citizenship by Descent.
(c) Citizenship by Naturalization.
